Well Worn Whisk is a family food blog by ex digital marketer, Rachel Brady (nee Cummins).

As well as being home to my recipes, WWW is a place where I engage with other cooks, bloggers and, well, anyone who's interested in good food really. My aim, aside from becoming a better cook and food photographer/blogger, is to encourage other busy people, especially parents, to cook, wholesome, interesting good food from scratch, more often. WWW has a growing readership of people who are interested in cooking and eating that you may be interested in tapping into. Or, you may be be looking for the skills of someone like me. So...

I am open to the following types of things:

Advertise on Well Worn Whisk
You may feel that your audience and mine are well matched. If so, email me and I will send you information on my site stats and prices for advertising. I will place adverts on my site, but the product or business must be compatible for me to consider.

Receiving products for review

I am happy to receive appropriate food or drink products, books and similar for review. However being sent something doesn't guarantee I will review it. My opinions will be honest and I will always disclose to my audience that I was sent an item for this purpose. Here is an example of a post that relates to a book I was sent to give an example. I always give my 'freebies' away in competitions, thus creating a further buzz about the product (as well as helping grow my own audience).

Attending events and courses

Similarly I would love to attend your event or course, as long as it's appropriate to what I do, i.e. food related in some way. I will of course provide coverage on my blog if I do attend, though again my opinions will always be honest.

Freelance food writing

In my previous life as a digital marketer, amongst other roles I was employed as a copywriter and content manager, writing blogs, ad copy and web copy for some major brands. I am available for appropriate freelance food writing opportunities, online and offline.

Digital marketing consultancy for the food sector

Since 2001 I worked in various digital marketing roles (content, SEO, social media, project management), helping household name brands get more from their online presence. I am interested if you are from the food (or related) sector and have any marketing / consultancy projects that you need help with.
